APPLICATIONS AND APPLICANT DATA 

We process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process. This includes, in particular, assessing qualifications, conducting selection procedures and communicating during the application process.

TYPE OF DATA

The data processed includes, in particular, master data (e.g. name, address), contact details (e.g. email address, phone number) and the documents submitted as part of the application (e.g. CV, certificates, cover letter and other information relating to qualifications). 

DATA PROCESSING

For the administration and processing of applications, we use the applicant tracking system Bullhorn (Bullhorn Inc., USA). In this context, your data is processed and stored within Bullhorn systems. 

DATA PROCESSING DEPARTMENTS
In connection with the use of Bullhorn, personal data may be processed or accessed by affiliated companies outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area (in particular in the United States). Any such data transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements and based on appropriate safeguards (in particular standard contractual clauses).

Your data will only be processed by the internal departments responsible for the recruitment process and within the RhyVest Group (in particular Peleven AG, Rhyforce AG, Rhyvest AG, Rhythink AG, RhySafe AG). In the context of recruitment services, your data may also be shared with potential external employers or client companies where this is necessary to match you with suitable positions. 

STORAGE AND DELETION OF YOUR DATA

If no employment relationship is established, your data will generally be stored for an appropriate period, but not longer than 6 months after completion of the recruitment process, and will then be deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply. 

If you have consented to longer storage (e.g. talent pool), your data will be stored for up to 12 months and may be considered for future suitable positions. 

WITHDRAWAL OF YOUR CONSENT

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by contacting us at info@rhyforce.ch or using the contact details provided in the privacy policy.
